Should I start swimming again?
The talk with my roommate a few days ago kinda make me realize I am not really an office person. I really need to get out and exercise in order to keep my energy level high.
But man, I am in Canada, and worse, I am in Hamilton. There is really nothing much I can do around here.
It's too cold outside for me to be jogging, or running. So that's out of the equation.
My bike got stolen in the summer, so that option is gone until I can get a cheap cheap bike.
I do some exercise (weight lifting, push-ups, chin-ups) at home, but those stuff cant make me sweat.
So, maybe I should go swimming in school. That's healthy exercise, if I can wake up an hr earlier each day to go swimming. plus I get to use the sauna facility there. That for sure can make me sweat!
But the waking up early, and walking all the way to the pool part really makes me hesitate...
Boy, I am lazy....
