MP3 project! The last wkend!

After the brutal 10 wks I spent on the project with the others and the un-cooperative egyptian guy, this project will finally come to an end this wkend.

Although it's not a very happy experience, hey, at least I learnt a lot from it. I never know what the heck is polyphase filterbanks, not to mention MDCT, and fast MDCT. I also get my hands on ethernet stuff, AC97 stuff, and all sort of these low-level hardware design problems which you only experience by putting your hands on the dirty work.

So, with this ultra-low power MP3 architecture that we developed, we will be writting a transaction from it, and since it turns out to be such a great MP3 architecture, we are also thinking of advertising to Apple. See if our baby will be used in your next iPod! haha.
