Respect your collegues

It's almost time to finish up the MP3 project. As a result, I am required to work with the idiot to integrate his part, which is just a small part in the MP3 design, to the big architecture. Since I am integrating his part with my part, I have no choice but to work with him together to identify and fix any potential bugs his design might have.

In the first two hours of the debugging process, we were working quite fine, part of it becuz I already prepared myself to be swamped by stupid questions. But starting hour 3, I am starting to get upset.

For the first 2 hours, most of the mistakes that we had are from my part of the design, which I kinda expected to have some. But then every time we discovered the results were mismatched, that fucking idiot will immediate say "Oh, I had no problem when I tested my code b4. Come here, look at my code. There is no problem!" Fuck you, asshole. What are u trying to imply? that they are all my problems? Your thing is so perfect? and what have you tested on your circuit? only a limited of samples that I sent you b4. And you think that's enough already? Man, lucky that he is not designing air plane or even cars right now...Do you know how much time they spend on testing a plane before you can actually fly it? u think testing something for like 2 hrs will show you all the problems that you might have? Use your brain! Butt head!

And then the worst thing happened at the start of hour 3, when I found another bug in my code. He said to me, "Oh, Henry, come on, do you know how many hours you have wasted us?" Oh, yeah, I took two hours to figure out some of my bugs, wait till we get to your part! Pea brain!

After we spend about 3 and a half hr fixing my part, it's finally time to test on his stuff, which is around 11 pm. I asked him so many times if he wanna continue testing the next day, since it's already getting late. But he's so confident about his stuff that he insisted that we should be able to fix everything in an hour. Oh well, if you say so, let see wut's gonna happen!

At 4 am, we were stuck at a problem, and of cuz, it's from his part. At 5 am, I kinda figure out wut the problem was, and I started discussing with him. But I guess to him, I am just a stupid young guy who's lucky to get into PhD, he completely ignored wut I said. Ok, fuck you then, if you dont trust me, let me spend sometime to gather evidence!

At 9 am, I finally have enough strong evidents to convince him that it's his problem. Fuck you man, see how many hours you have wasted us now? And btw, it's your stuff, how come I can find the error faster than you do? Wut the fuck were you doing in the last 5 hrs? U big retarded piece of shit!

That's it, I am upset enough, starting at 9 am, I stopped talking to him completely. I just started to work alone, which boost up the efficiency expontentially. And by 11 am, we (actually I) concluded that there should not be any more major problems with the design. At that moment, he's so happy that he started packing and went home in 5 mins.

What an idiot! Luckily that at around 12pm, my boss asked me out for lunch, and I had the chance to complaint all I want. And the funny thing is: my boss totally agreed to what I said, since he noticed these stuff himself earlier already. He just didnt know it's that serious!

Man, I am seriously thinking of asking my boss never to put me into any project with the idiot ever again. since, i'd rather quit my PhD, then get a heart attack or something from working with a stupid idiot....
