Katrina...US: we can deal with our own problem!
Today when I was driving in Toronto, I saw gas prices up to 130 cents per litre! 130! I remember it was like around 70-80 just two months ago! And it's all becuz of Katrina!
I sure do feel sorry for the ppl in New Orlean and Lousiana. But honestly, deep down in my heart, do I really wanna help these ppl?
Right after the tragedy, countries from all over the world offer help to the US, and are willing to assist the ppl attack by the tragedy in anyway possible. But you know what Georage Bush said, "We can deal with the problem ourselves!" Oh, ok then, if you say so. And btw, isnt US the strongest, richest country in the world now? Why would they need help anyway? They can take care of themselves. I am sure they can find some way to sell more used weapon to some third world countries to get the money they need. Arent they doing that already for the last I dont know how many years?
So, I am sure they have all the things they need. Why help the American? or specially, why help Georage Bush?
God bless the innocent ppl who are ruined under the corrupted US government.

America may be in a dark time right now. And under one of the worst presidents in history. But damning the people (innocent civilians) who were devasted by Katrina because of our President is pretty cold hearted. I personally think its foolish to even populate an area like New Orleans for the simple fact that it's already below sea level, and sentenced to recieve disasters like Katrina on a some what regular basis. But to say "Why help the American?" is pretty shitty. Every country has it's dark secrets, things it's done in the past that now a days they aren't to proud over. But that's no reason to write off all the people of that country, not all of us voted for Bush. I for one would be all for helping my Canadian neighbors if any kind of disaster were to strike your great country. I wouldn't let a political view blind me to innocent civilians suffering.
