Cell phone selection

I have been wanting to change my cellphone for a while. But since there are so many selections, i am still hesitating on which one I should get.

I am now flip-flopping between three phones: Nokia 6230i, Motorola E680i or MPx220.

6230i: It's got the features that I want, and not expensive. But I just dont like the screen that much. and also, since it requires Nokia software to transfer files to the phone (i.e. PDF, PPT files), I'll need to get windows installed on my Tiger for that...
Also, the screen is too small to view those files.

MPx220: Again, it's got all the features that I want, and not expensive. But just one reason is enough for me to reject this phone: it's running on Windows...so....

E680i: This phone is quite good. no keyboard, just a touch screen, u do everything on the phone. The bad things about this phone: big (well, this is good and bad, big means big screen, which is good.) From Motorola (I prefer Nokia), only .3 Mega pixel camera, instead of 1.2 M as the other two phones.

So, what should I choose?
