Shopping in downtown TO

It's been a long time since I went shopping, and since it's my sis bday, plus I passed EM, and it's that time of the year again, so I figure it's time to express my love to, as I mentioned to my sis, to the woman i love the most in the world (that's u, piggy) and the woman that annoys me the most (and yes, that's u, eska). So now, I finally have the time and the excuse to go shopping by myself.

It's pretty enjoyable to spend the day to myself. I started my journey from my sis's place, walking to Chinatown for lunch, then passed Queen street, arriving at Eaton's, travelling north thru Yonge street, and window shopping on Bloor street.

Since I really wanna get something for piggy, who already has everything. So, I went to pretty much every shop that I encounter during the walk. And it is A LOT OF shops. I had to sit down and took a 30 min rest in Eaton centre, since my feet started to hurt from all the walking...

I have to agree with Piggy that it's very different to spend the Xmas holiday in a western country, where Xmas spirit is surrounding you. It just feels really nice when you just walk by some stranger, and for no reason you'll greet ppl with "Merry Christmas!". What a lovely feeling!
