Better keep your cats indoor
Aside from the fact that a cat might get lost, get hit by cars, get tortured by crazy ppl on the street, get chased by dogs or other animals, here is another reason to keep your cat indoor:
According some scientists' claim in CNN, cats might spread bird flu too!
So, for your cat's and your own safety, please, keep your cats at home. Plus, you will have more time to play with your cutie little cat at home, so why not keep them in?

Your blog is very informational, even including medical news. I wasn't aware that cats can spread avian flu. You better keep yours at home too. My exam is in June.. so I will most likely come back to Toronto in August because I got a summer job in Vancouver hospital. So sad that our exam is in June instead of April :(
haha, thx for the comment. Yeah, i happen to read a lot of news so that i can keep myself sufficiently detach from my research area from time to time.
August, that's not a bad time to come back to TO, since ppl (like me) tend to be not as busy approaching the end of summer. So just drop me an email or give me a call when u are back then. we should catch up!
