A talk on Sleep...
For some reasons, everyone I ran into, talked to, msg to, hear about, is extremely busy in the last month. Almost everyone are either lack of sleep, or cant sleep. The result? I am thinking about 60% of my friends are sick around me. They are either coughing or sneezing.
This situation just reminds myself of one of my theories: Having better sleep = having better health!
And having better sleep doesnt mean just sleep more. It's the quality of sleep that matters. Good quality sleep means you are really sleeping. U sleep while u are relaxed, at the right time, so that your body, your organ and your soul can rest at the same time. It's easy to judge if the quality of sleep is good or not, just check if you feel really refresh when u wake up. If so, congratulations! otherwise...

Everyone, Have a great sleep. NO dreams! no better good or bad dreams. Just...dont have any!
